ShowProcesses

Table of Contents



Shows every connected process (session) with its session id, process id, client name and transaction state, optionally for a single process.

ShowProcesses(Numeric processId = null)

Permissions

Requires an account that is a member of an administrator role.


Session Id, Process Id, Client Name, Login Time, Last Check-in, Blocked?, Blocked By, References, Start Time, Held Lock Keys, Granted Locks, Cached for Read, Deferred IOs, Active?, Deadlocked?, Cancelled? and User Created?

SQL :: Terminate
Terminates a process: rolls back its transaction, disconnects it and frees its resources. Kill does the same thing.
